This agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our services available at Mango Moms.com. If you do not read, accept, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement, do not use the site or access our services. You shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our service and your listing, purchase, sale, and distribution of items.

You must be legally able to sell the item(s) you list for sale on Mango Moms.com. You must describe your item and all terms of distribution on the product page of each item. Products are any homemade creations having to do with infants, children, and maternity.  This site is not intended for "garage sale" items or any other new or used items that do not fall into the category of being homemade.  Mango Moms has a right to remove any items and/or users who we feel do not comply with this at our own discretion.

All submitted information, including description text, photos, etc, become the sole property of Mango Moms.com at the time of submission. You are not permitted to copy, broadcast, download, store, transmit, show or play in public the content of these web pages without the prior written permission of Mango Moms.com.

You understand that Mango Moms.com has the right to refuse, delete or move any content we feel is offensive, inaccurate or misleading in any way. Mango Moms.com also has the right to refuse to provide our services to you if you breach our Terms of Use, if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us, or any other reason we see fit.

We are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised. We have no control and are not responsible for the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items. We recommend that you take whatever precautions you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any transaction with any of these parties. You agree that Mango Moms.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage as a result of any dealings with the individuals or organizations found on our Site. You agree that the use of Mango Moms.com and services obtained by this site is done entirely at your own risk.

Should MangoMoms.com be informed of product(s) not being shipped or received, Mango Moms.com reserves the right to hold any funds, including funds from future sales, as necessary until issues are resolved.

You understand Mango Moms.com may link you to or provide you with access to third party content. This is completely independent of Mango Moms.com. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any of the material contained on any third party web page.

Privacy Information

We collect information from the user for our own purposes to better provide the services available. Mango Moms will use personal information to complete transactions. Shipping information submitted by the buyer will be shared with the seller for the sole purpose of shipping purchased products. Mango Moms.com has the right to use personal information to detect and protect us against error and fraud, and may disclose information about its users if required to do so by law or as necessary to enforce Terms of Use. Any personal information collected will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Fees and Payment

We do not charge fees for creating a user account and listing items for sale on Mango Moms.com

When an item is sold through Mango Moms.com., the seller will be charged 15% percent of the sale for a processing fee. This fee is subject to change at the discretion of Mango Moms.com, and any changes will be effective 15 days after posting it on our Site. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees associated with using our service and all applicable taxes.

Certain taxes and government charges may be payable in relation to the purchase transaction. We accept no responsibility for such taxes and other government charges on transactions on the Site.

Shipping and delivery of goods is done solely between you and the individuals or organizations found on our Site. Each seller will have their own terms for shipping their products. Fees associated with this will be included in the initial product price.
